Warranty----

You purchase is covered under a 90 day engine and transmission only warranty. If a part fails we will ship you a replacement part. We maintain the right to refuse warranty requests if there are obvious signs of abuse and or poor maintenance. In the event that your purchase is damaged during shipment, you must let us know asap, right away, before you use the product. Pictures of any damages found during assembly are highly recommended. We recommend you photograph all sides of the crate before you open the box and any damage to the box you might see. And then photograph the product in its entirety with the box off prior to assembly. In the unlikely case there is damage found, stop assembly and contact us so we can process your warranty claim. 


Returns---


Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If a part fails or is damaged during the shipping process, at our discretion we may replace parts or ship you replacement parts. We will not pay a mechanic to replace parts. It is recommended you have a professional mechanic replace and maintenance the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and in resell-able condition. Products must be returned in original condition: no alterations, abuse, negligence, or accidents. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any returned products that have any sustained damages.

A  25% - 35% restocking fee will be applied according to the condition. If you have received your order for more than five(5) days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it, get a refund or replace it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain our low prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Freight expenses will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wheeliequestions@gmail.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wheeliequestions@gmail.com and wait for further instructions. You may also call 1-866-255-8008. We will not exchange a whole machine due to a defective part. We will however ship you a replacement part should it be defective or damaged in the shipping process. Please inspect your crates/packages before signing for them. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
